UN’s Ban, Russia hail swap deal, urge Iran for follow-up

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, whose country holds a seat on the UN Security Council, and the UN secretary-general have lent their support to a nuclear fuel swap deal agreed between Iran, Turkey and Brazil, with the former saying that the deal would be an important breakthrough if implemented.
