Öztürk: Democratic constitution will facilitate environmental awareness

As Turkey has been debating reforms to its Constitution, drafted by the junta regime of the 1980 military coup, much-needed reforms will also lead to more awareness in the area of environment, parliamentary Environment Commission Deputy Chairman Mustafa Öztürk has said.
