Jurists decry shadow of appeals court on Cihaner case

A rumored Supreme Court of Appeals plan to bypass a high criminal court hearing a terror-related case against jailed Erzincan Chief Prosecutor İlhan Cihaner and merge that case with another case against the prosecutor currently being heard at the Supreme Court of Appeals has made some legal professionals uneasy.
