‘Judges in recordings should withdraw from Cihaner case’

Supreme Court of Appeals members whose voices are allegedly featured in a voice recording released earlier this month in which the speakers make plans to free Erzincan Chief Prosecutor İlhan Cihaner, who is facing charges of membership in the clandestine terrorist Ergenekon organization, should withdraw from the case.
